Rainwater has been an underestimated resource for decades . Instead of harnessing it, we let it run off the asphalt, be lost in drains, or carry urban waste. But when it is properly collected, purified, and repurposed, it becomes a renewable, clean, and profoundly sustainable resource.
Since our beginnings in 2011, at Casa del Agua we have been committed to a different way of hydrating the world: we don't extract water from springs or overexploit aquifers . Instead, we collect it from the sky.
We respect the natural cycle
Using rainwater is not just a technical choice; it's an ethical stance. Collecting it means not encroaching on or depleting underground aquifers , which are already facing a serious crisis in many regions of the country.
Aquifers are delicate systems, formed over hundreds or thousands of years, and every time a deeper well is drilled to find water, that balance is disrupted.
Our water falls freely from the sky, without harming, without draining, without depleting. And that respect is reflected in the entire process.
The process that purifies, not that contaminates.
Every drop of our water is carefully collected in facilities designed to minimize environmental impact . It then undergoes a filtration, purification, and remineralization process that ensures quality and safety without adding unnecessary waste to the planet.
We don't use single-use plastics. We package in glass , a noble, reusable, and infinitely recyclable material. We also invite our consumers to return empty bottles to give them a new life at our partner's headquarters, Cerrando el Ciclo (Closing the Cycle).
