General Provisions

Welcome to Casa del Agua . The Terms and Conditions described here govern access, use and actions on the website.  www.casadelagua.com.mx ( Website ) owned by O-CD AGUA SAPI DE CV , its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter Casa del Agua ), with respect to all those who access it ( Users , and individually each of them, User ). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the use of and access to the Website , It is governed in its entirety by the Terms and Conditions detailed below, and the privacy policies that regulate the processing of Users ' personal data in accordance with current Mexican legislation.

Use of the Website implies the express and unequivocal acceptance of each and every one of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions , therefore the User declares that he/she has read, understood and is fully in agreement with them.

The User agrees to use the Website correctly and lawfully , refraining from any action that in any way threatens Casa del Agua or the operation of the Website, expressly prohibiting those that damage or generate a risk of damage to the image, interests and rights of Casa del Agua or third parties , as well as those illicit activities typified or not within the penal code, especially those referred to in article 22 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

  • Using your status as a User to affect the reputation and ratings of Casa del Agua, its brands, subsidiaries or partners , through comments, reply procedures, in general in any area inside and outside the Website , without justification or cause.

Infringing the Terms and Conditions entitles Casa del Agua to refrain from supplying, suspend or cancel any order in case of non-compliance, without prejudice to taking the measures it deems necessary to guarantee its security, confidentiality and proper functioning, without prejudice to any legal actions that may arise from the configuration of crimes or contraventions to the applicable legal provisions in order to hold the infringer responsible for damages.

Purchases, Prices, Payments and Shipping:

By purchasing our products, you have voluntarily agreed to our policies regarding exchanges, returns, cancellations, refunds, shipping, and contact information, which are as follows:

Exchange or return policy

 ●      We will process exchanges or returns of our products when, upon purchase and receipt, they do not correspond to the quality, brand, or specifications offered.

●      No exchanges or returns will be made for our products when they are damaged, altered or defective for reasons not attributable to Casa del Agua, in their original manufacturing.

An exchange or return of our products will be appropriate when the product is damaged, has breaks, dents, leaks or alterations in the security seals compromising the contents in the case of products packaged in glass bottles and in the case of aluminum bottles, when it has severe dents and scratches, printing defects or that its cap does not close correctly according to the design of the bottle.

Exchange or return of other products manufactured by Casa del Agua, independent of those described in the previous paragraph, will be appropriate when these present damage that makes normal use impossible.

We do not accept returns once products have been shipped. However, if the product you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can review your case.

●      If the product arrives in defective or damaged condition, due to situations attributable to Casa del Agua, we will proceed with a full refund or a replacement of the product, as you prefer, provided you contact us for this.

●      We do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, so we recommend that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

   Purchase Cancellation and Refund Policy

·       The purchase will be cancelled and the amounts paid will be refunded.  received by the products, when Casa del Agua has received them and the reason for the cancellation is or has originated in the quality or defects in their manufacture.

·       The purchase will be cancelled and the amounts received for the purchase of the products will be refunded. when the product has not been delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions established for such purposes.

·       The cancellation of the purchase and refund of the value of the products will not be carried out if, once received, they do not present alterations of origin in their preparation and production.

·       Purchase cancellation and refund of the value of the products will not be processed if they are cancelled during the shipping process.

·       Casa del Agua reserves the right to cancel the purchase of products by refunding their value without additional compensation, when the cancellation of the sale is attributable to the non-existence of the stock of the requested product, due to delays or lack of raw materials for its production, or due to shortages in the market of products related to the production, distribution and sale of the same.

 Refund Process:

  2. After verifying the condition of the product, for which we request photos and video of the damaged product and its packaging where the damage is clearly visible, we will process your refund using the same original payment method.

Shipping Policy

Deliveries to Mexico City and Metropolitan Area:

Shipments within the Mexican Republic:

●      Orders placed outside of Mexico City and the metropolitan area will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days.

 In some cases, shipments may experience delays due to conditions beyond our control, such as extreme weather or logistical problems, and therefore Casa del Agua will not be held liable for such delays.

Electronic Invoice.

Casa del Agua offers the Billing service upon request of each User and only with respect to the sale of products, excluding expenses for commission, administrative, shipping and others that are determined by the third-party e-commerce portal (Amazon).

To obtain an invoice , the user may request it within the current month of the purchase date by sending an email to the account comercial@casadelagua.com.mx , within the body of the email the User must provide the following information:

  • Valid identification of the applicant (Photo ID, Passport, Military Service Card and Professional License).

  • Tax identification card (RFC) of the person to whom the document must be issued.

  • Payment receipt for the purchase made.

  • Information on the payment method used (Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Deposit, others).

The User accepts that the tax information and data provided for the issuance of the Electronic Invoice is correct and complete and therefore agrees to answer to Casa del Agua regarding said information and/or the misuse that may be given to it, agreeing to keep the corresponding original document (purchase receipt and/or proof of payment) in case future clarifications are required.

The interpretation and compliance with the Terms and Conditions set forth herein shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the Commercial Code and supplementarily by the normative provisions of the Federal Civil Code.

Subsistence of Obligations

Any provision herein that is legally declared invalid, void, illegal or unenforceable; the validity, legality and enforceability of the remainder of its content shall not be affected, limited, eliminated or modified and the requirement of its compliance shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the rights or powers that Casa del Agua has to demand its compliance.
